What the Heck is Earthing?
As a doctor, I rarely go Earthing. Or fishing or running. I just don’t get out often enough to have that kind of fun. I do get close to meditating, especially after a rough day in the hood. And, I’m usually dancing between patients in one practice, or laughing with others in another, who just need extra time to explain their situation. I’m not complaining, because no one said the practice of medicine would be easy. So when my colleague, Dr. Stephen Sinatra, told me about Earthing, my first comment was “Steve has left the planet.”
